Police arrested a man and woman following an attempted theft from the Easton Avenue CVS pharmacy around 6 p.m. Nov. 23.

According to police, John Stover, 55, and Connie Davis, 35, both of Brooklyn, N.Y., were confronted by a store manager over suspicious activity.

More than $772 in diet pills and over-the-counter medications were dropped as the suspects fled to a vehicle.

Both are charged with criminal conspiracy and possessing instruments of crime, while Davis is also charged with retail theft.
