Garmin Nuvi 1100
stolen from vehicle
State Police Troop M Bethlehem say a 46-year-old man reported a Garmin Nuvi 1100 GPS and black Iphone 4 were stolen sometime between 7 p.m. Nov. 16 and 5 p.m. the next day from his unlocked vehicle parked at 5461 Sunset Blvd., North Whitehall Township.
Anyone with information abouth this theft is asked to call state police at 610-861-2026.
Juvenile charged with
having stolen laptop
State Police Troop M Bethlehem say a 16-year-old boy from the 3500 block of Lil Wolf Circle, North Whitehall Township, allegedly had a stolen laptop from a burglary that occurred between May 9 and Nov. 13 on Ram Court, North Whitehall.
Police allege the teen also used a credit card stolen from the burglary to attempt to make $3,700 in declined purchases and withdrawals, was charged with receiving stolen property and access device fraud.
Charges were filed in Lehigh County Juvenile Court.
Couple arrested
in South Whitehall
State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a traffic stop was conducted Nov.13 on I-78 at exit 54A, South Whitehall Township, for moving violations on a vehicle occupied by Annadel Cruz, 26, and Alexander Bernstein, 30, both of New York, N.Y. 11:34 p.m.
Police allege narcotics were found after a consent search was conducted.
Both Cruz and Bernstein were arrested and transported to Lehigh County Prison for arraignment, police say.
This incident is pending court proceedings.
Driver taken
into custody
State Police Troop M Fogelsville allege David Brian Fisher, 51, of Nutley, N.J., was driving his vehicle under suspicion of driving under the influence 9:49 p.m. Nov. 6 along I-78 at mile marker 52.9, Upper Macungie.
According to police, Fisher was taken into custody and charges were filed with District Judge Donna R. Butler, of Emmaus.
