Holly Jolly Funfest at Horizon Church, 2613 W. South Street, Allentown. All children kindergarten through fifth grade are invited 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a fun day of crafts, games, singing, a movie and lunch. There is no charge to attend. Allentown AARP Chapter #5415 will meet noon at St. Timothy's Church, 140 So. Ott St. Allentown. A membership recognition holiday lunch for members only will be held noon to 1 p.m. At 1 p.m., open to the public, the speaker will be Mayor Edward Pawlowski, who will update us on news of what is happening in Allentown.
