Police arrested 34-year-old Musa Freeman of East Fourth Street after he allegedly attacked another person at his home.

According to police, Freeman, for unspecified reasons, ordered his dog to attack the victim and then he held a gun ot the victim's chest.

Police offered no information about the victim's condition.

Freeman is charged with threats, reckless endangerment, harassment, disorderly conduct, aggravated assault and a number of dog-related violations.
