Helen L. Aber, 91, of Emmaus, died Nov. 15, 2013, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was the wife of Edward H. Aber, with whom she celebrated 68 years of marriage. Born in Passaic, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Eva (Krawiec) Lacki.

She was a World War II worker for the former Western Electric.

She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, Emmaus.

She volunteered for the Lehigh Valley Hospital for over 20 years and volunteered for Camelot for Children.

She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and the Emmaus Garden Club.

She is survived by her husband; son, Robert E. and his wife Maribel, of New York City, N.Y.; brother, Frank Lacki, of Clifton, N.J.; sisters, Lottie V. Lacki and Mary Kozel, of Wallington, N.J.; grandchildren, Jennifer and Blake; great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Olivia; three nephews.
