Burglary
Reported in the 7600 block of Gracie Lone, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors broke into the locked front door of a residence and took several pieces of jewelry from a bedroom in the home between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Oct. 28. The actors then fled. The investigation continues.
Reported at Tyler Pipe Company, 3550 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors entered the company garage and scattered chairs and tables and broke a window in the crate building on the company campus to get into the building and take two fire extinguishers sometime between Sept. 17 and Sept. 29. The unknown actors then broke two windows at the dip building to get in and took four fire extinguishers from the building. One fire extinguisher also was taken from a shed on the property. The actors then discharged the extinguishers and spray painted several sets of initials and names including RGW, CLD, SCH, Rachel, JTM and CAPRI. Reported at Tyler Pipe Company, 3550 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors entered the dip building on the company campus and broke three bay door windows overnight Oct. 1. The actors then broke two more windows inside the dip building. The unknown actors then cut four mesh screens at the shipping office to try to open windows there. The unknown actors then left a pry bar and four plastic chairs near a railroad bridge on the property. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
Possession with intent to deliver
Ramon Torres, of Chambersburg, James Eichenlaub, of Chambersburg and Maurice Nelson, of Bronx, N.Y., are accused of possession with intent to deliver after police searched the car the men were in during an alleged traffic stop on Interstate 78, westbound, at mile marker 49.2, Upper Macungie Township, 1:14 a.m. Nov. 8. Police allegedly uncovered more than 70 baggies of heroin in the car and on Nelson. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.
Attempted burglary
Reported by a female resident in the 4600 block of Mill Road, Upper Milford Township, an unknown male came to her door and tried to force his way into the home, striking the resident in the face, 12:42 p.m. Nov. 4, before fleeing into a nearby field. The man is described as a white male with blond hair. He is about 6 feet 2 inches tall. Nothing was taken from the residence. The woman was treated for a black eye by emergency medical services at the scene. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
Retail theft
Michael Paul Rehrig, 30, of Palmerton, was arrested for suspicion of retail theft after he allegedly failed to pay full retail price for $579.51 worth of merchandise at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:57 p.m. Oct. 18.
Samantha Nichol Quinton, 18, of Alburtis and Amber Lynne Marie Bean, 19, of East Greenville were charged with retail theft after they allegedly took miscellaneous clothing items from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:21 p.m. Nov. 2. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.
Yamilex Marie Rivera, 18, of Bethlehem and Kellie Rose Fischl, 21, of Whitehall, were charged with retail theft after allegedly placing $427.81 worth of items in a shopping cart and attempting to leave without paying for the merchandise at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:16 p.m. Nov. 9. Rivera and Fishcl allegedly abandoned the cart when confronted by loss prevention personnel at the store. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.
Zachary Daniel Bez, 20, of Macungie, was charged with retail theft after he allegedly stole $38.44 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:30 p.m. Nov. 9. Charges were filed.
Theft of motor vehicle
Reported in the 1100 block of Grange Road, Lot U1, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors took a red riding lawn mower from a driveway between 11:15 p.m. Oct. 28 and noon Oct. 29.
Theft
Reported at a residence in the 6800 block of Sunflower Lane, Lower Macungie Township, a black flower pot taken from behind the residence between 10 p.m. Oct. 29 and 7 a.m. Oct. 30.
Reported by a 17-year-old female, of Macungie, someone took her cell phone while she was at work in the 1700 block of Spring Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 4 and 6 p.m. Oct. 31.
Reported by a resident in the 5300 block of Elgen Drive, Upper Milford Township, a gold and diamond necklace taken from a bedroom between Sept. 1 and Oct. 15. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
Harassment
Tanya Dulin, 35, of Allentown, Joshua Shade, 34, of Allentown and Johnny Aldridge, 27, of Allentown were arrested and charged with harassment after allegedly fighting in the 4400 block of South Cedarbrook Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:52 p.m. Oct. 29. Charges were filed in District Court 31-3-02.
Criminal mischief
Reported in the 4600 block of Berwyn Lane, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor smashed the rear window of a vehicle between 10 p.m. Oct. 30 and 7 a.m. Oct. 31.
Reported in the 7600 block of Barrow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor damaged a car window between 5 p.m. Oct. 31 and 8:30 a.m. Nov. 2.
Reported by a resident in the 4400 block of Fairview Court, Upper Milford Township, a lawn was damaged by heavy equipment Nov. 8.
Disorderly conduct
Willliam Eric Obryant, 46, of Macungie, is accused of disorderly conduct after he allegedly lost his temper and cursed and screamed at management personnel when asked to leave the Buckeye Tavern in the 3700 block of Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, Nov. 6.
