Police arrested a 22-year-old man for fighting in public around 1:30 a.m. Nov. 10.

According to police, Luis Ayala, of the 600 block of Wyandotte Street, was amidst a physical confrontation with two women at the TD Bank near his home. Officers cuffed him becasue fo the aggressiveness of his demeanor.

While en route to headquarters, Ayala allegedly caused damage to the patrol car and then span in an officer's face.

Ayala is charged with harassment, institutional vandalsim and aggravated assault.
