Police arrested four teenagers at Liberty HS Nov. 8 for possessing or being under the influence of drugs.

Robert Kelley, 18, of Pennsylvania Avenue, was searched by an assistant principal for unspecified reasons around 10:50 a.m., and he allegedly possessed three packets of oxycodone/fentanyl hidden in a pencil sharpener.

He is charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Around 11:20 a.m. a 17-year-old male was sent to the hospital for high blood pressure symptoms and was allegedly under the influence of marijuana and Mucinex. He is charged with publis drunkenness.

A pair of 18-year-olds were found to be similarly under the influence 30 minutes later.

Thalia Cortez of Livingston Street and Michael Daley of Falcon Drive are cited for public drunkenness.

All incidents happened in the commons building.
