Brenda Lee Keller, 63, of Schnecksville, died on Nov. 17, 2013, in the Inpatient Hospice Unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.

Born May 4, 1950, in Palmerton, she was the daughter of the late LeRoy J. and Pauline M. (Strohl) Keller.

A 1968 graduate of Pleasant Valley High School, she earned Bachelor's degrees from Drexel University and Cedar Crest College, received a Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin.

She was a registered nurse at Fellowship Manor, Whitehall, for the last two years.

Prior to that, she was employed at KidPeace in Orefield for 10 years and the former Allentown Osteopathic Hospital for 15 years.

She also taught in the Bethlehem and Allentown school districts.

She was a member of Union Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schnecksville.

Her survivors include a son, Christopher J. Keller of Drexel Hill; sister Donna M., wife of R. Barry Mackes of Eldred Township; niece, Andrea M. Lazicki, of Kresgeville; nephew Greg B. Mackes of Kresgeville; one grand-nephew; and three grand-nieces.

Her funeral services will be 11 a.m. Nov. 22, at Union Evangelical Lutheran Church, 5500 Route 873, Schnecksville, with the Rev. Dennis W. Moore officiating.

Family and friends may pay their respects from 10-11 a.m. Friday in the church. Interment will follow the service at Union Church Cemetery, Neffs.
