Pete's Top-10: polls are closed
The high school football season is nearly complete and there's really one big matchup that everyone will have their eyes on this week, as Easton rolls into Orefield for a District 11 4A title bout against Parkland.
Easton got the better of the Trojans at Cottingham Stadium this year, but the trends point to Parkland taking the grand prize and moving ahead in the PIAA tournament.
Legendary Berwick also makes an appearance in the Lehigh Valley Friday night at J.Birney Crum stadium, as they take on Bethlehem Catholic in what should prove to be an intriguing matchup of styles.
Catasauqua is the third survivor in the poll to last this long, as the Roughies hit the road this week in what should be an expected victory over Lake Lehman.
See how your team stacks in this year's final poll, as we say so long to another high school football season.
