Theft from vehicle

A resident in the 2800 block of Green Acres Drive, Allentown, reported 1:30 p.m. Nov. 1 an unknown actor went through an unlocked car and removed less than $50 in cash.

Assault

Two high school girls will be charged with simple assault after an argument at Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., Allentown, 2:30 p.m. Nov. 1.

Retail theft

An employee at Schuylkill Valley Sports, reported the theft of two pairs of Jordan sneakers by an unknown person valued at $340 12:50 p.m. Nov. 2.

DUI

Luis Rodriquez, 40, no known address, has been charged with driving under the influence and various traffic violations after allegedly having difficulty exiting his vehicle and standing after being stopped by police 9:18 p.m. Nov. 2 in the 1400 block of Susquehanna Street, Allentown.

Criminal mischief

A resident in the 700 block of Public Road, Bethlehem, reported 9 a.m. Nov. 4 an unknown actor hit the windshield of the vehicle with bb pellets sometime overnight.

Receiving stolen property

Christopher Blakely, 19, of Allentown, was charged with two counts of theft and receiving stolen property after an incident at Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown 5:47 p.m. Nov. 4. Blakely was allegedly found in the employee locker room going through purses. After being caught, Blakely ran out of the store, allegedly pushed someone out of the way and was caught by a Salisbury Township police officer. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Theft

A Pine Grove resident will be charged with theft by deception and bad checks after purchasing collector coins worth $316 at Weil Clocks, 2200 31st St., Allentown 11 a.m. Nov. 7. The check was written on a closed account.
