St. John's Lutheran Church will host the Bath Area Council of Churches Thanksgiving Eve Worship Service starting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27. Choirs from all area churches will provide special music.

No contemporary worship service is scheduled.

The Bath Area Food Bank, located at St. John's Lutheran Church, will be open 10-11 a.m. Tuesdays, Nov. 19 and Dec. 17.

These dates are one week later than normal due to the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

The food bank is in need of nonperishable food and monetary donations. Food donations should be placed in the basket at the honor roll. Monetary donations can be given to Marjorie Rehrig.

Emmanuel's Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, Moore Township, will hold an annual indoor and outdoor cleanup 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16. The rain date is Saturday, Nov. 23.

Bring your own tools – hedge trimmers, gloves, rakes, shovels, pruners, clippers, etc. – to work on the cemeteries and grounds.
