On Sept. 29, the congregation celebrated Pastor Fitterling's licensure through the East Berks Association as the new stated supply pastor at the church.

Ron Gable, antique firearms consulting expert, will be the guest speaker 7:30 p.m. Nov. 18 at the Albany Township Historical Society, 404 Old Philly Pike, Kempton.

Gable will talk about the early firearms and their place in the lives of Albany Township's first settlers.

Gable's expertise is in pre-1898 antique firearms and has been actively collecting firearms since 1954.
