Boy Scouts from Troop 146 and Cub Scouts from Pack 146 collect food for those in need Nov. 9. The Scouts asked neighbors to participate in the Scouting for Food campaign Nov. 2 and returned to participating homes Nov. 9 to pick up the food. The Scouts and leaders gather at Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1707 Church Road, Allentown, to sort the food before going to the food bank. The Scouts collected over 1,406 pounds of food which was delivered to Grace Episcopal Church, Allentown.
