The National Honor Society Induction will be held 7 to 9 p.m. Nov. 14, in the Salisbury High School auditorium.

The second annual TEDx event will be held in the SHS auditorium 6 p.m. Nov. 16. The talks center on the theme of change.

On Nov. 18 and 21, the cheerleading squad will hold tryouts for the winter season 3 to 5:30 p.m. Monday and 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Tryouts are held in the Salisbury Middle School cafeteria. On Nov. 22, the SHS Literary Club will hold a book fair 6 to 9 p.m. Nov. 22 at Barnes & Noble, 2960 Center Valley Parkway, Center Valley. There will be craft making, book signings, a scavenger hunt and story time for the whole family to enjoy. To ensure proceeds go to the Literary Club, present the clerk with the flyer found on the STSD website at the time of purchase.

Northwestern Lehigh School District will host a presentation on cyber safety 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 26 in the Northwestern Lehigh High School auditorium. The presentation will feature Special Agent Jenene M. Holter. For more information, visit the SHS website.

Millersville University will visit SHS Nov. 26. Interested juniors and seniors wishing to take part in learning about the college, the admissions process and life on campus must contact the guidance office at least one day in advance of the visit.
