Democrat Winfield Iobst was re-elected to a 4-year term of mayor.

According to unofficial Lehigh County Voter Registration results, the following candidates were elected to a 4-year term on Emmaus Borough Council: Republican/ Democrat Roy Anders with 1,299 votes or 29 percent, Democrat Wesley Barrett with 1,224 votes or 28 percent and Republican Brent Labenberg with 1,143 votes or 26 percent.
