missing in the mail
Upper Macungie Township police say Christa Tam, 1182 Yorkshire Drive, reported Oct. 16 she did not receive shipments of fruit and vegetables for which she had paid.
This incident remains under investigation.
Thefts reported from vehicles
Police say Paul Coleman reported 11:16 a.m. Oct. 18 that sometime between Oct. 15 and 5 p.m. Oct. 17 some $200 was taken from his wallet and $2 in change was taken from his silver 2005 Saturn minivan while parked in the Green Acres Community, 8729 Evergreen Circle.
In a separate incident, Sarah Nytroe reported a brown satchel was stolen 4:10 p.m. Oct. 18 from her unlocked vehicle at Parkland View Apartments, 1055 Cetronia Road.
Police say the satchel was found inside the playground area and no items were missing.

knife stolen
Police say Brandon Chellino reported two iPod Touches, a black pocket knife and a backpack containing jumper cables were stolen 8 a.m. Oct. 22 from his unlocked vehicle in the 8800 Block of Turkey Ridge Road, Upper Macungie Township.
In three separate incidents at the same time and date, Hollis Leidich reported a Realistic compass valued at $50, Billy Joe McBride reported a red pocket knife, approximately $5 in change and a black mini Mag flashlight and Frank Storm reported approximately $6 in coins and five CDs were stolen from their unlocked vehicles in the 8700 Block of Turkey Ridge Road, Upper Macungie Township.
