Police arrested 23-year-old James Strohl, of East Fairmont Street in Allentown, after he allegedly attempted to rob a man in the early hours of Oct. 27.

Police said Strohl followed a man home to the 1300 block of Montrose Avenue, but how he attempted the task was not described.

Strohl was found to be intoxicated and is charged with robbery, theft, DUI, and public drunkenness.
