The District 11 cross country meets took place on Wednesday, Oct. 23 at Bethlehem Municipal Golf Course.
It was the first year Lehigh Valley Christian fielded a cross country team and took part in the event. The team was made up of six boys and four girls this season. The boys team, consisting of three freshmen, placed fourth at districts in the single A event. The team was led by junior Steven Holden, who placed 10th overall, just missing the cut for the state meet, which took place this past weekend in Hershey.
