Jeremy D. Grim, 37, of Orefield, died Oct. 29, 2013, in Jeanes Hospital, Philadelphia, after a courageous battle with leukemia.
Born April 18, 1976 in Allentown, he was the son of Larry C. and Barbara A. (Rex) Grim.
He was a draftsman at Victaulic Company of America and owned and operated the former J. Grim Racing Inc.
A graduate of Lehigh Valley Quarter Midget Racing Club, he was a member of the Keystone State Quarter Midget Racing Club.
He was a 1994 graduate of Parkland High School and Lehigh Carbon Community College. He also attended Penn State University.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Jessica S. Grim and her fiancé Ian M. Thomson of Appleton, Wisc.; brother Justin P. of Orefield; and maternal grandmother Mollie J. (Steckel) Rex of Whitehall.
