Forrest B. Lentz, 93 of South Whitehall Township, died Oct. 16, 2013, in Lehigh Valley Hospital.

He and his wife Louise M. (Lapp) Lentz celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary on June 14.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Llewellyn L. and Annie M. (Acker) Lentz.

Employed by Hum-phrey's Hydraulic Service for 30 years before retiring in 2011, he previously worked for Freihofer's Bakery for 25 years.

He was a member of Faith Wesleyan Church, Orefield.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Linda L. Smith of Catasauqua; grandchildren J. Scott, Jamee, Jason and Jennifer; and five great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a son, Frederick F. in 1981.
