Bethlehem Parks, Recreation, and Public Property organized the parade which started at 8th Avenue, ran the length of Broad Street, turned right onto Main Street and concluded at the Bethlehem fairground beneath the Hill-to-Hill Bridge. Mayor John Callahan was the grand marshall - he rode on a stage coach. New this year was a Bethlehem Halloween 5K run which took place prior to the parade's start and followed the parade route. Particpants included the Parkettes, Country Meadows "Candy Crushers," Bethlehem Mounted Police, Zombie Response Unit, Lehigh Valley Therapy, the Dieruff High School Band, Cub Scout packs 343, 329, 335, 306, 329, Girl Scouts, the Daniel Witt Real Estate, Holy Infancy School, 4H Seeing Eye Puppy Raisers, Steel Street Tours, Bethlehem PA Chapter D.A.R., City Line Little League, Saucon Valley Manor Fire Department, Atria Bethlehem, Leading Edge Partial Arts, Lehigh Valley Pug Group, Kutztown High School Marching Band and the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps.
