Author Elva Treviño Hart to Speak
Elva Treviño Hart will speak at 11 a.m. Nov. 14 in the David A. Reed Community Room, College Center, Main Campus. The author of" Barefoot Heart: Stories of a Migrant Child" will discuss the day-to-day struggles of those who work in the fields while encountering an environment hostile to those who are not literate in English.

Vocal workshop Nov. 3
The Lehigh Valley Chapter of the National Association of Teachers Singing will host a free Vocal Wellness Strategies program for singers and teachers of any age and skill level from 3 to 5 p.m. Nov. 3 in Peter Hall.
