East Allen Township Parks & Recreation is planning a holiday bus trip Saturday, Nov. 30, to Hershey Park's Candylane and Sweet Lights.

The bus departs at noon. The cost includes transportation and admission.

A Toys for Tots kick-off event will be held Saturday, Nov. 9, 6 p.m., at the Northampton Memorial Community Center, 16th Street and Laubach Avenue.

The cost of a ticket includes entertainment by The Exceptions, refreshments and snacks.

The community center kitchen will also have food available for purchase till 9 p.m.

Those planning to attend are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy.
