Man taken

into custody

State Police Troop M Bethlehem say Michael Roland Lubenesky, 43, of Catasauqua, was taken into custody and charged with possession of crack cocaine and paraphernalia after multiple items were allegedly found in his vehicle 4:45 p.m. Oct. 15 at 1772 Clearview Road, North Whitehall Township.

Lubenesky was also charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct after allegedly being seen urinating in public, police say.

Press brake stolen

State Police Troop M Bethlehem are investigating the theft of a Tapco press brake taken sometime between 3 p.m. Oct. 3 and 7 a.m. Oct. 4 after the back door was kicked in at a partially constructed home belonging to Lehigh Career Technical Institute at 2822 Rising Sun Road, North Whitehall Towsnhip.

The press brake is valued at $1,500, police say.

In addition, an unsuccessful attempt was made to break into a construction vehicle at the site.

Tires slashed

on truck

State Police Troop M Bethlehem say a 39-year-old Schnecksville man reported two rear tires on his 1991 blue Chevy pickup truck were slashed between 6-7:30 p.m. Oct. 9 while it was parked in the Trexler Game Preserve parking lot, between Mill Creek and Winchester roads, North Whitehall Township.
