Student presents biology research

Lauren Gunn, of Emmaus, was part of a team of Wilkes University students presenting summer research at Plant Biology 2013, the annual meeting of the American Society of Plant Biologists. The students presented their work during a special undergraduate session and also at three sessions open to all conference participants.

The conference was held in Providence, R.I., in July.

Gunn, a junior, is majoring in biology. She is the daughter of Sharyn and Geoffrey Gunn.
