Police arrested 22-year-old Jacob Williams of Elinor Street after finding his disabled vehicle around 12 a.m. Sept 26.

According to police, Williams' car was rendered non-functional from unspecified circumstances on Ringhoffer Road. But when officers arrived, they determined he had been driving while intoxicated.

Williams is charged with DUI, insurance required and driving while suspended.
