Police arrested 34-year-old Anwar Uzzell for driving while intoxicated following an accident around 12:15 a.m. Sept. 27.

According to police, Uzzell, of North Church Street in Allentown, caused a car accident on the Hill-to-Hill bridge and was determined to be drunk by officers on the scene.

Uzzell is charged with careless driving and DUI.
