Driver arrested

in Upper Macungie

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Maria Cabrera, 32, of Elmhurst, N.Y., was stopped for an alleged traffic violation 2:09 a.m. Sept. 16 on Route 222 South bypass, near Route 100, Upper Macungie Township.

Cabrera, who allegedly exhibited signs of intoxication, was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence and transported to Lehigh County Prison.

She was processed and released, police say.
