HOFSTRA UNIVERSITY
Wargo serves in peer program
Christina Wargo of Catasauqua participated in Hofstra University's prestigious peer educator program during the Spring 2013 semester.
Wargo served as a peer educator in script analysis, lecturing, tutoring, leading class discussions and supervising student work.
Only Hofstra's top undergraduate students are eligible to participate in the peer educator program.
VILLANOVA UNIVERSITY
Ambrosino named to dean's list
William Ambrosino of Northampton was named to the dean's list at Villanova University for the spring 2013 semester.
Ambrosino is studying astronomy and astrophysics in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
To qualify, a student must be a matriculated full-time student and earn a semester GPA of at least 3.5.
WILKES UNIVERSITY
Students begin college studies
Abigail Nemeth and Chloe Musselman of Whitehall, Michaela Chidiac of Coplay, Nicole Kutos and Jacob Weaver of Northampton and Kayla Gradwohl and Zachary Koehler of Bath have begun their college studies at Wilkes University.
The students are members of the Class of 2017.
