The Fullerton American Legion Auxiliary 367 will install officers for 2013-14 at 7 p.m. Sept. 10 at the post home, 609 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall.

District President Cathy Olker will serve as the installing officer.

AARP Chapter 3115 will meet at noon on Thursday, Sept. 12, at the American Club, 300 Cherry St., Coplay.

Refreshments will be available between noon and 1 p.m.

Pete Oswald will give a talk on Road Scholar, formerly called Elderhostel, a program that provides educational travel adventures in all 50 states and 150 countries.

Flu shot sign-ups will also be held. New members are welcome.
