in North Whitehall
State Police Troop M Bethlehem say Barry Dean Smith reported his white and blue Yamaha XT225 Enduro motorcycle was sometime between 10 p.m. July 21 and 10 a.m. the next day from an outdoor covered area on the side of a barn at 2223 Neffs Laurys Road, North Whitehall Township.
Juvenile hit
with paintball
State Police Troop M Bethlehem say a juvenile sustained a minor injury 2:26 p.m. Aug. 12 after Mark Conley, 40, of the 4700 block of Route 309, North Whitehall Township, allegedly shot him with a paintball in the lower leg after he allegedly refused to leave Conley's property when instructed.
Rock damages

Edward Michael Cierlitsky, 3644 E. View Drive, North Whitehall Township, reported to police the passenger side door and hood on his vehicle was damaged by a rock sometime between 8 p.m. July 23 and 5:30 a.m. the next day, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say.

in North Whitehall
A 54-year-old homeowner from the 3000 block of Apple Road, North Whitehall Township, reported to police a rock was thrown through a rear family room window sometime between midnight and 12 p.m. on July 21 in an attempt to gain entry to a home, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say.
No entry was made into the home, police say.

State Police Troop M Bethlehem say Matthew Peter Abel, of the 3700 block of East View Drive, North Whitehall Township, reported a baseball-sized rock was thrown through the rear driver's side window of his employer's vehicle sometime between 8:30 p.m. July 23 and 6:20 a.m. the next day while it was parked secured and unattended in his driveway.

Fog light trim stolen from vehicle
John G. Glassic, 4742 Ray St., North Whitehall Township, reported to police trim to a black plastic fog light was stolen sometime between 9 p.m. July 14 and 1:40 p.m. the next day from the front bumper of a vehicle, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say.

Driver arrested
for DUI
David Nicholas, 51, of Slatington, was stopped for an alleged traffic violation 11:15 p.m. July 13 in the area of 2952 Rockdale Road, North Whitehall Township, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say.
Police allege Nicholas was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.
He was placed under arrest for driving under the influence and transported to the Lehigh County DUI Processing Center to submit to a legal blood draw, police say.
Charges are pending with District Judge Jake Hammond, South Whitehall Township.
