TV stolen
State police were called to BJ's Wholesale Club, 1785 Airport Road, Hanover Township, Lehigh County, May 21 to investigate the theft of a Samsung 46-inch television set.
Police alleged Leroy Curtis of Reading stole the television from BJ's, valued at $1,269.99.
Curtis was found guilty of retail theft and receiving stolen property in Bucks County Court, police said.
iPad stolen
An Allentown resident reported to police June 20 the theft of an iPad 2 with a keyboard and case.
The victim said the item was removed from his unlocked vehicle in the parking lot of Allendale Apartments, building 10, Hanover Township, Lehigh County.
Wooden chair removed from yard
Police responded to the theft of a pink wooden lawn chair July 8.
According to police, a resident of the 5800 block of Alexander Road, Allen Township, told police the chair, valued at $100, was removed from his back yard.
Elf statue stolen from residence
The theft of a concrete statue brought police to the 5200 block of Nor-Bath Boulevard, Allen Township, July 10.
A resident told police the 40-inch-tall elf statue was taken from the front stoop of his residence. The item was valued at $250, police said.
