Northampton Community College March photo exhibit opens Aug 26 Northampton Community College (NCC) will host a photography exhibit, "The March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom: A Half Century of the Dream," from August 26 through September 10 in the Laub Lounge, College Center of Main Campus, 3835 Green Pond Road. For the 50th anniversary of the civil rights milestone, a video of Dr. Martin Luther King's "I Have a Dream" speech will be shown at 3 p.m. August 28 in the lounge. A video made for the college on the 40th anniversary of the march, and featuring interviews with march participants, will follow. Call 610-861-5300. College gets Princeton review rating

Moravian College has been included in the Princeton Review 's "The Best 378 Colleges", 22nd edition, PrincetonReview.com. The school is ranked No. 26 out of 401 Pennsylvania colleges and universities for greatest lifetime return on investment (ROI), according to a recent survey.

Rating categories included academics, admissions selectivity, financial aid, fire safety and green, a measure of school's commitment to the environment in its policies, practices and education programs. Graduates from Moravian enjoy an earnings gap of $568,900 above non-degree holders over 30 years, and earn more on average than graduates from most other Pennsylvania schools.

Godbout new paid research fellow

Moravian Academy graduate Jennifer Godbout of Bethlehem has been selected for a Colgate University summer research fellowship program. A member of the Colgate Class of 2015,she is conducting research in Forest Soil and Water Chemistry under the guidance of Geology professor Richard April.
