Theft
Reported at Indian Creek Golf Course, 1449 Chestnut St., Upper Milford Township, unknown actors took four golf carts and drove on the course in a reckless manner, damaging fairways, greens and property overnight Aug. 3. One cart was returned and another cart was recovered from Sauerkraut Lane and Sawmill Road, Lower Macungie Township. The last two carts have not been recovered. Anyone with information is asked to call Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
Reported in the 1400 block of Laurel Lane, Lower Macungie Township, two unauthorized withdrawals, in the amount of $93.67 each, were taken from a checking account through Walmart.com 4:51 a.m. May 21.
Reported in the 6200 block of Martin Drive, Upper Milford Township, six rings valued at approximately $13,000 were taken June 22.
Reported at Taylor Rental, 4502 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, a utility trailer was taken from a rear parking area between 5 p.m. June 19 and 3:30 p.m. June 20. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.
Reported in the 7300 block of Sauerkraut Lane, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors took a battery from a camper and broke two brake light covers, for a total value of $270, overnight July 20. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
Reported by a New York woman at the Wingate Hotel, 4325 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, $60 cash was stolen from a hotel room between 10 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. July 27.
Criminal mischief
Reported in the 5300 block of Beaumont Lane, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors cut a bungee cord located on the victim's porch between 8 p.m. June 11 and 1 p.m. June 12.
Reported at European Precision, 3893A Tank Farm Road, Upper Milford Township, unknown actors smashed a window on a 1997 Honda Accord overnight June 15. Damage is estimated at $100.
Reported in the 5000 block of Brunswick Lane, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor scratched a vehicle while it was parked at a residence between midnight and 7 a.m. July 5.
Reported in the 2000 block of Elbow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors smashed a rear window of a parked car overnight July 2.
Reported in the 1800 block of Aster Road, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors threw a small plastic ball filled with eggs at a residence 11:20 p.m. July 6. The eggs broke on the front porch and the actors fled the scene.
Reported at Wild Cherry Park, Wild Cherry Lane and Sauerkraut Lane, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors damaged a water fountain between 11 p.m. July 2 and 10 a.m. July 4.
Reported by a motorist who was traveling along Lower Macungie Road at Meadowview Drive, Lower Macungie Township, headed westbound when a milkshake struck the driver's vehicle 11:55 p.m. July 14.
Reported by a resident in the1800 block of Pembrooke Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actor wrote "Make love, not fences" on no trespassing signs, valued at $20, overnight July 13.

DUI
Timothy R. Mutchler, 19, of Pottstown, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Hamilton Boulevard and Minesite Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:55 a.m. Aug. 3.
Jason Robert Beasley, 32, of Allentown, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of a controlled substance in the parking lot of Walgreens, 6379 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 2:04 p.m. July 23. Charges to be filed with District Court 31-3-02.
Francesco Tramonte, 31, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence and possession of marijuana after a traffic stop along Interstate 78 West at Lehigh Street, Salisbury Township, 2:29 .m. July 12.
Johnson Emmanuel Francois, 29, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of marijuana after he was involved in a three car accident on Interstate 78 eastbound at mile marker 56.3, Salisbury Township, 2:37 p.m. July 28.
Joshua Scott Weldon, no age given, of Macungie, was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Krocks Road at Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:43 p.m. Aug. 1. Weldon was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center.
Ryan Wesley Bamert, 22, of Kutztown, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on State Route 100 at Race Street in Macungie Borough, 1:51 a.m. Aug. 2.
Gregory Jerry Marchetti, 28, of Macungie, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop on State Route 100 at Race Street, Macungie borough, 1:34 a.m. Aug. 4.
Theft
Theft from motor vehicle reported in the 4300 block of Elm Drive, Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor entered a vehicle and took $1.50 in change and other miscellaneous items 12 a.m. July 23.
