Kathryn L. (Haas) Heiser, 85, of Whitehall, died on Aug. 2, 2013, in Fellowship Manor, Whitehall.

She was the wife of Forrest E. Heiser for 63 years last October.

Born in Fogelsville, she was the daughter of the late John and Erma (Fritzinger) Haas.

She was a graduate of Allentown High School and the former Allentown Hospital School of Nursing.

She was a registered nurse in the Lehigh Valley for 35 years and a life member of the Allentown Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association.

She was a member of Fellowship Community Bible Fellowship Church, Whitehall.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Roger D. and wife Deborah of Manheim; daughter Brenda E., wife of Richard Geiger of Hummelstown; grandchildren Elizabeth, wife of Eric Velkly, Matthew Heiser and wife Joanna, Christina, wife of Christopher Saikus, and Timothy Geiger and wife Jessica; great-grandchildren Conner and Tyler Velkly and Joshua Heiser.
