John W. "Skip" Frey, 76, of Orefield, died on July 31, 2013, at home.

He and his wife Rosemarie D. (Wanitsky) Frey were married 54 years last September.

He was a son of the late William and Margaret (Furst) Frey.

A driver and salesman for Roadway Express for many years, he retired in 1963.

He was of the Catholic faith.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Donna Marie, of Glendale, Calif.; three brothers, four sisters; nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by one brother.

His graveside service will take place at Resurrection Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
