Virginia A. (Seaman) Mayer, 60, of Slatington, died July 23, 2013, in Liberty Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Allentown.

Born Oct. 14, 1952, in Emmaus, she was the daughter of Virginia E. (Kotran) Seaman of Allentown and the late Leslie W. Seaman.

A graduate of Muhlenberg College, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in business administration, she was a database administrator for Air Products & Chemicals Inc., Trexlertown, from 1998-2004.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by sons, David G. and his wife, Amanda, of Hellertown, James J. and his wife, Deborah, of Blandon, John E. of Slatington; brothers Steve Parker of Boston, Mass., Tom Seaman of Neffs; and grandchildren Mark, Andrea and Makenzie.
