for DUI

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Chad Michael Reinsel, 19, of Reading, was stopped for an alleged traffic violation 1:31 a.m. July 24 on Route 222 at Turkey Ridge Road, Upper Macungie Township.

Police allege Reinsel displayed multiple indicators of intoxication due to controlled substances and a strong odor of marijuana was allegedly detected from inside the vehicle.

Reinsel was arrested for driving under the influence, police say.

Police allege a 17-year-old male passenger from Mohnton had 1 ounce of marijuana.
