Police arrested a 20-year-old man following a reported robbery near the East Morton Street Pantry One market around 6 p.m. July 21.

Police said an unspecified number of victims alleged marshall Sutphen, of East Fourth Street, stole cash and a cellular phone form them.

Sutphen was located shortly thereafter and charged with theft, DUI, possession of paraphernalia, reckless endangerment, prohibited weapons and robbery.
