Police arrested a 36-year-old woman for driving under the influence on East Third Street around 3:30 a.m. July 14, but it was only the beginning of her charges.

Once transported to headquarters and placed in a cell, Adianez Pagan-Carmona, of Dover Lane, tore down the cell's sprinkler system, causing the room to flood.

Pagan-Carmona was transported to St. Luke's University Hospital and is charged with DUI, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, public drunkeness, institutional vandalism and tampering with fire apparatus.
