Local student earns degree

David B. Bendit, of Emmaus, was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in recent commencement ceremonies. Bendit, son of Hal and Judy Bendit of Emmaus, majored in government and American studies. He is a graduate of The Perkiomen School, Pennsburg.
