Theft

Hanover Township Wegman's security notified Colonial Regional Police of an alleged theft around 2 p.m. June 30.

According to police, Kim Y. Funderburg, 46, of East Broad Street in Bethlehem, was observed entering the store with empty reusable bags and proceeded to walk about the store filling them up.

Funderburg then purchased some beer and left the store without having paid for the items in the bags, which were worth an estimated $154. She was stopped in the parking lot and is charged with retail theft.
