Police arrested a 34-year-old man for possession of narcotics on 11th Avenue around 6:10 p.m. July 8.

According to police, Rodney Brown, of the Euclid Avenue in Brooklyn, NY, was sought on an open warrant and arrested. Officers allegedly found 22 bags of crack on him at the time.

Brown is charged with possession with intent to deliver.
