Police arrested three residents on similar charges the night of July 12-13.

Around 11 p.m. July 12 officers charged Robert Large, 31, of Evans Street, with harassment for allegedly slapping and shoving his girlfriend.

About an hour later police in the fifth block of Fourth Avenue arrested 33-year-old William Shook for assaulting his girlfriend, grabbing her by the neck and throwing her to the ground. He is charged with harassment and simple assault.

A half-hour later on North Boulevard officers arrested 34-year-old Kristi Lutes, of Levering Place, after a physical altercation with her brother. She is charged with harassment, simple assault and public drunkeness.
