William F. Baade

William F. Baade, 59, of Breinigs-ville, died on July 14, 2013, in Lehigh Valley Hospital.

He and his wife Sharon A. (Kline) Baade celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary last Aug. 28.

Born in Tenafly, N.J., he was a son of the late Otto and Elsie (Karg) Baade.

He was global marketing director of tonnage gases, hydrogen and hydrocarbons, at Air Products.

He was a member of Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, Emmaus.

He earned his Master's degree in business administration from Lehigh University and his Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, N.J. in 1976

In 2005, he was presented the Chairman's Award of Excellence from Air Products.

He was Assistant Scoutmaster with Boy Scout Troop 72.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by son, Brent K. of Breinigsville.

He was predeceased by sisters, Dorothy Baade and Lillian Varinsky.

Services will be 7 p.m. July 18, in the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, 4361 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Emmaus.

Calling hours are from 4:30-7 p.m. in the church.

Contributions in his memory may be made to the church.
