William F. Baade, 59, of Breinigs-ville, died July 14, 2013, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was the husband of Sharon A. (Kline) Baade. They celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary Aug. 28, 2012. Born in Tenafly, N.J., he was a son of the late Otto and Elsie (Karg) Baade.
He was Global Marketing Director of Tonnage Gases, Hydrogen and Hydrocarbons at Air Products.
He was a member of Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, Emmaus.
He earned his master's degree in business administration from Lehigh University and his Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, N.J. in 1976.
In 2005 he was presented the Chairman's Award of Excellence from Air Products.
He was assistant Scoutmaster with Boy Scout Troop #72.
He is survived by his wife; son, Brent K. of Breinigsville. He was predeceased by two sisters, Dorothy Baade and Lillian Varinsky.
Memorial contributions may be made to the church, 18049.
Services will be held 7 p.m. Thursday in the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, 4361 South Cedar Crest Blvd., Emmaus. Calling hours 4:30 to 7 p.m. in the church. Arrangements were made by the Schmoyer Funeral Home, Breinigsville.
