The Indianland Garden Club's July 16 meeting will be the annual picnic. It starts at 6 p.m. at Hope Lutheran Church.

Beverages and hot dogs will be supplied by the club. Members are asked to bring a covered dish and two unwrapped items for the giant raffle.

The Lehigh Township Historical Centre in Pennsville is open 1-4 p.m. the second and fourth Sundays of each month until October. Admission is free.

The historical society's annual chicken barbecue dinner is July 27.

Dinners include chicken, a potato, applesauce and a roll. Baked goods will be available.

The Lehigh Township Volunteer Fire Company Country Garden will be holding an all-you-can-eat breakfast 8 a.m.-noon Sunday, July 21.

Proceeds benefit the fire company.
