Police arrested 27-year-old Michelle Flaska, for several charges regarding public disturbance around 6:35 p.m. June 28.

And again at around 8:35 p.m.

According to police, Flaska, of East Union Boulevard, was screaming and causing a disturbance in the street outside her home for unspecified reasons.

Officers returned two hours later to find Flaska throwing items from her second story apartment window down into the street.

Flaska is charged with counts of disorderly conduct, harassment and reckless endangerment, and was transported to St. Luke's University Hospital for evaluation.
