Police arrested William Sadler, 46, of Mixsell Avenue, around 4:40 p.m. June 21.

Pulled over by a police patrol unit for an inspection inquiry on Buckingham Drive, Sadler was allegedly intoxicated. He is charged with DUI, lack of license and inspection violations.

About four hours after that, officers pulled over Angel Collazo-Rivas, 53, of Wilson Avenue, while he was driving onn Howard Street. He was also allegedly deemed intoxicated and faces similar charges.
